Hi, I’m T. Z. Shamsi, the foodie behind The Crazy Chef. Based in Northampton, I’m a passionate cook, experienced caterer, and firm believer that food is one of the most beautiful ways to bring people together.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve catered everything from intimate dinner parties to lively birthday celebrations and corporate events. My menus draw inspiration from my South Asian roots, with a creative twist of continental flavors, canapés, and vibrant party food, all tailored to suit your event perfectly.
My love for food goes far beyond the kitchen. In 2010, I was honored to receive Google’s Best Food Blog Award, a recognition that sparked even more passion for sharing stories through food. Since then, I’ve written for food magazines, explored Pakistan’s rich culinary scene as a food critic, and volunteered as a community chef at Northway Community Centre in Oxford, serving 35+ people every Wednesday.
